Understanding how the brain works is key to unlocking a person’s full potential. At Next Step Counseling and Neuropsychology, our comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations provide a clear, in-depth understanding of cognitive, emotional, academic, and behavioral functioning.

We offer neuropsychological testing and evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults ages 9 and up on the North Shore. Each assessment is individualized to address specific concerns such as learning differences, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, memory concerns, emotional regulation, and diagnostic clarification. Results are used to guide effective treatment planning, educational supports, and academic or workplace accommodations.

Our neuropsychological evaluation process includes a thorough clinical interview, standardized testing, a feedback session, and a detailed written report with clear, individualized recommendations. We collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, physicians, and other professionals to ensure that each client receives meaningful, coordinated support.
